[Current mood: in disbelief]
[Current song: -]

28/6:
I have just received news from Esther that Mrs L has passed away.
My brain can't process properly now.
I want to cry yet my tears can't come out.
I cant accept the fact that she's gone just like that.
It's too sudden.

30/6:
Attended Mrs L's funeral at her house with Esther, Wei Ting and Yong Ling.
It wasn't a funeral to be exact.
It was more like a gathering while making merry.
Photo albums of her were shown to us.
She looked so frail and graceful when she was young.
It was totally not the Mrs L whom I knew.
The Mrs L that I knew was an old, naggy, vulgar woman.
Yet when I saw her pictures, I discovered the other side of her.
Even though the coffin was right in front of me, I could not believe that she was dead.
I mean, just a few months ago, we were slogging our guts out for 'O' Levels together and she was there, as usual, screaming at us at the top of her lungs.
All the fun times we shared and the tough times we went through...
She was still happily joking with us and now this?
It's too sudden.
I still can't accept it.
As a matter of fact, I can picture her sitting beside the hot pot of wax, scanning through my batik piece, trying to think of new textures while scooping the wax with the janting which is in her right hand before doing the textures on my piece.
