One has to understand the happiness and agony of shopping in order to get how I feel.
Don't you all agree that shopping makes one content and yet, miserable at the end of the day?
I mean, it's like you walk into a shop, see something you like and tell yourself, "hey, this piece seems good! Let me try it on!"
And in the fitting room, you'd go, "hmm... I think I'll get this one."
And just as you are making your way out of the shop, another piece of apparel catches your eye.
What's worse is that after you get out of the shop, you realise that you have got to check out the other shops nearby.
And by the end of the day, you fall prey to what is known as SHOPPING SPREE.
You exit the mall with so many pieces of apparels and...... SO LITTLE CASH.
Mum bought me advanced birthday gifts today, which totalled up to $401.69.
Yes, I ACTUALLY DID MY CALCULATIONS X.X
After brunch at Crystal Jade Dining IN, me, mum and Yvette jie went shopping.
So, how did it all started?
Mum: Esprit sent me an SMS, informing me that there's a 20% discount with purchase of every 2 regular priced items and 30% discount with purchase of every 3 regular priced items. Let's go check it out after eating.PLP: Oh yeah! There's this dress that I've been eyeing on for so long in Esprit!
Yvette jie: Let's go see!Following Esprit, was Forever 21 and Zara.
By the time we entered Zara, I was rather reluctant to shop cause' I knew that mum had spent too much on me in the previous 2 shops.
But mum told me to go "see see look look".
So I chanced upon this pretty white dress which costed $89.90.
Such a pity cause' when I tried it on, I realised that its only flaw was that it was too transparent.
So I decided to give it a miss and bought a pair of pumps from Zara instead.
So in the end, I bought 3 dresses, 1 cardigan vest, 1 blouse and 1 pair of pumps, which eventually costed about $401.69.
I think the killer was my purchase of 2 dresses in Esprit, costing $129.90 each.
This is what always happens when I go shopping with my mum.
We always buy buy buy, and spend spend spend.
And at the day, I feel so......
Anyways, I love Crystal Jade Dining IN at Vivo!
For those who've yet to dine there, just know that the place has real class.
We had a room all to ourselves this morning and it looked like a VIP room.
Call me a noob, but I've never stepped into a place like that before!
Ah, yes, and who could resist the beautiful scenery of the sea?
