I brought dear to USS yesterday and he told me it was the first time where he made full use of the money spent at a theme park.
Why?
Because when he visited theme parks in the past, he used to only take the less thrilling/boring rides as he was afraid of rollercoasters, etc.
He also told me that his first thrilling ride was the one at wild wild wet (the U shaped ride where me and Shan took and we forced him to take with me! Remember Shan? Hahaha!)

As he paid alot of the ticket, I wanted to make his day at the theme park THE BEST THAT HE HAD EVER HAD.
So I brought him along for thrilling rides - Revenge of the mummy (dark indoor rollercoaster), Jurassic Rapids Adventure (Outdoor wet ride), Enchanted Airways(Mini rollercoaster).

Revenge of the mummy rollercoaster was scary at first because firstly, it is
DARK and we were not able to prepare ourselves for any drops cause' we couldn't see the ride track!
Secondly, it is
SUPER FAST and my heart kept dropping at every single drop.
Lastly, there's a part where it dropped
BACKWARDS! and we weren't aware of when it was going to happen! (Actually I knew about the backwards part cause' my colleagues told me before but I didn't know when it was gonna happen.)

But we managed to survive the ride (Dear was especially thrilled as it was his first rollercoaster ride and he felt accomplished) and we went for a second time!

Enchanted airways was dear's 2nd rollercoaster ride and though it's meant for juniors, it was pretty fast but not as scary as compared to Revenge of the mummy.
Again, he was happy that he survived the ride.
Rapids adventure was fun as well as we got super soaked for the first time but we weren't really soaked the second time.

After trying the thrilling rides, I told dear to visit the park again when Battlestar Galactica is reopened. I so wanna try that! ^^

However, I had some bad moments during the park visit.
Firstly, I had been looking forward to sit Jurassic Rapids adventure as my second attraction but when we went there at 11am, it was down for maintenance.
So we visited the other attractions in the park and went back again at 4.45pm, and they told me that it was down AGAIN for the SECOND time due to technical difficulties.
And I was pretty upset, although I do know that Rapids Adventure is always down everyday due to technical difficulties.
I wanted to ride it so so bad and when I heard that it was down for the second time, my mood was ruined and I was afraid that we couldn't sit it as all the attractions would be closing at 6pm and they'd probably not be able to fix everything by 6pm.
Thankfully dear was there to perk me up and after riding the Mummy ride for the second time, my mood got better.
We went back to check on Rapids adventure and
IT WAS OPENED!!!!
I was so so so so happy!

The 2nd bad moment was that at the end of the day, before we left USS, I was at the retail store, finding for the landyard that I wanted so bad since day 1 of my work in USS.
But it was out of stock and my mood was ruined again.
I had been waiting for that very day since day 1 to get it but it was sold out!
Thankfully dear was there again, to make my day a better one.
He asked the cashier to check whether there was any last piece and she said, "sorry, there's really no more last piece. Maybe you could try the other retail store outside USS."
We went to that store and I prayed so so hard and lo and behold!
THAT SHOP HAD THE LANDYARD I WANTED!
My black face immediately turned to a cheerful one and I thanked dear, because if he hadn't asked the cashier, she would have suggested the other retail shop, and we wouldn't have gone there, and I wouldn't have gotten what I wanted so bad!
Thank you dear, for bearing with my sullen face for 2 times yesterday!
I LOVE YOUUUUUUUUUUUU!

I totally enjoyed my day at USS with dear yesterday.
He got to meet some of my colleagues and even saw where I worked!

Till then, byebyebyebyebyeBYE! :DDD
